1st Priority Movers covers Cibolo with our own trucks and W-2 crews. We move the town’s fast-growing master-planned subdivisions on both the Guadalupe and Comal sides, from the new builds in Bentwood Ranch to the established homes near Town Creek and old Main Street.
Master-planned Cibolo, growing fast
Cibolo has boomed off FM-1103 and Borgfeld Road with subdivision after subdivision of new two-story homes, while old-town Cibolo keeps its smaller singles near the creek. Wide collector streets and HOA rules shape how we stage the truck for every residential move.
- New two-story builds in Bentwood Ranch, Falcon Ridge, and Buffalo Crossing
- Larger four-bedroom homes with three-car garages off Borgfeld Road
- Older singles and cottages near old-town Cibolo and Town Creek
- HOA and gated pockets with moving-day and parking rules to coordinate
- PCS and family move-ins from nearby Randolph AFB along FM-1103
HOA and subdivision access
Many Cibolo communities have HOA moving-day rules or a gate. Tell us the subdivision when you book and we coordinate access, keep the truck on the approved route off FM-1103 or Borgfeld, and protect shared entries so the crew isn’t held up. We can add full packing so the boxes are ready when the truck arrives.
Two counties, one rate, dawn starts
Cibolo straddles the Guadalupe County and Comal line, but your flat written rate doesn’t change with the county. Crews load at dawn so the South Texas heat stays off moving day. We run the same crews next door in Schertz and across the rest of our service area.
- Subdivision plan We confirm HOA rules and the best approach off FM-1103 or Borgfeld.
- Flat written rate Home size and stairs counted, the number locked before move day.
- Heat-safe load Crews start early and pad furniture against the heat for the drive.
